Leadership!

Whenever you are in a space with another human being, you can influence them and that's leadership. Whether positively or negatively - you decide!

Leadership is not the position of authority you hold - it is the difference you make.

The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality.  

The last is to say thank you.  

And in between the two, the leader must become a servant and a debtor.
