Everyone fails at times...

Defeat is only when you don't rebound but instead allow failure to turn what could be a successful life into a wasted one.

As Leymah Gbowee puts it:
Your legacy is not how hard you fell. 
Your legacy is how you were able to get up, raise your head & walk majestically to conquer the world.

It's a fine thing to have ability, but the ability to discover ability in others is a true test of leadership.

The things that make you different are what make you interesting!!!
