Persistence - Try Again and Again!

Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence.

Talent will not!
Nothing is more common than unsuccessful men & women with talent.

Genius will not!
Unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.

Education will not!
The world is full of educated derelicts.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.

Daring Greatly – Following your Bliss! Lessons from Steve Jobs

You can't connect the dots looking forward you can only connect them looking backwards.

So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.

You have to trust in something: your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever.

Because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well worn path.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life.

Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking.

Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice.

And most importantly, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.

Everything else is secondary.

So Here's to the crazy ones.
The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo.
You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

Food for thought!

It must be borne in mind that the tragedy in life doesn't lie in not reaching your goal – the tragedy lies in having no goal to reach.

It isn't a calamity to die with dreams unfulfilled – but it is a calamity not to dream.

It is not a disaster to be unable to capture your ideal – but it is a disaster to have no ideal to capture.

It is not a disgrace not to reach the stars – but it is a disgrace to have no stars to reach for.

Life as it is!

Life is a Camera...

Focus on what’s important

Capture the good times

Develop from the negatives

And if things don’t work out…

Take another shot!

Tick-Tock - TIME as Treasure - The Present!

To realise the value of ONE YEAR, ask a student who failed a grade.

To realise the value of ONE MONTH, ask a mother who has given birth to a premature baby.

To realise the value of ONE WEEK, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.

To realise the value of ONE HOUR, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.

To realise the value of ONE MINUTE, ask a person who just missed a train.

To realise the value of ONE SECOND, ask someone who just avoided an accident.

To realise the value of ONE MILLISECOND, ask the person who won a silver medal at the Olympics.

Treasure every moment that you have! And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time with. And remember time waits for no one.

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why its called the present.
